General Company was first established in 1984.It is a large-scale
state-owned enterprise specializing manufacturing of electronic
components. The company is jointly invested by Guangdong Provincial
Electronics and Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen
Longgang District Investment Management Co., Ltd., With the
registered capital being RMB25.75 million and with each party
taking up 50% of the shares of the company. Currently the total
capital of the company is more than RMB 300 million, the net
capital is more than RMB 150
million, the area is 170 thousand square meters, the area of
workshop is 30 thousand square meters, and the number of employees
is more than 2000.
The major products of company are audio magnetic heads and video
heads. The business scope of the company also includes precision
electronics product processing, nickel-plating treatment, lithium
battery manufacturing and property development. The production
techniques and technology as well as the production equipments
or audio magnetic heads are introduced from Japan, with annual
turnover reaching 50 million pieces. Due to the advanced techniques,
equipments and the testing measures, as well as the excellent
quality of the products, the company has been received many
awards of national level in technology innovation and quality
management. The products of the company have become famous brand
in Guangdong Province and have been distributed in many countries
and regions including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India,
Hong Kong and Marco.

introduction of audio magnetic heads assembling line from Japan.
In 1086, introduction of production techniques, technology and
equipments for manufacturing of audio magnetic heads from Japan.
In 1988, with the company name changed to Shenzhen Yuebao Electronics
Cooperative Company
In 1989, introduction of production techniques , technology
and equipments for manufacturing of tooling modules for audio
magnetic heads from Japan.
In 1992, with the company name changed to Shenzhen Yuebao Electronics
General Company
In 1994, establishment of Shenzhen Yueding Precision Machinery
Co., Ltd., introduction of production line for video heads from
Japan.
In 1995, establishment of Shenzhen Yuebao Industrial Co., Ltd,
engaging in property development and property management
In 2000,establishment of Shenzhen Liyuebao Precision Component
Co., Ltd., engaging in manufacturing of components for quartz
resonators as well as nickel-plating processing.
